PRE-REQUISITE: A Basic Law Enforcement Pistol Course
Tactical Pistol is advanced training course. It was designed for the officer that is already proficient with their pistol. This is a fast paced course that will push attending officers to a new level of proficiency while giving them proven combat skills. Attending officers will learn better, more efficient ways to engage targets using light and angles to their benefit. As in all of our courses, both live fire and force on force drilling will be used to test the combat skills of participants.

ADVANCED TACTICAL PISTOL

PRE-REQUISITE: Degrata Tactical's Tactical Pistol Course
Advanced Tactical Pistol was designed to give attending officers combat experience without putting them in harms way. Attending officers will finish this course with experience in multiple force on force scenarios, in multiple environments, engaging single to multiple adversaries both individually and as part of a team.
Excellent previous pistol manipulation skills will be a necessary foundation to build upon, new skills in low light engagements, barricade manipulation, fighting in and around vehicles, and new weapons handling skills.
Attending officers will leave this course with greatly added confidence and innoculation to combat that they could not otherwise without being in harms way in a true combat environment.

Degrata Tactical's Tactical Carbine Course was developed to provide a standard set of skills and proficiency for law enforcement officers that carry or plan to carry a carbine on duty. Students will start with fundamental carbine skills and marksmanship, then progress to advanced shooting and weapons handling skills. Attending officers can expect to finish this course with a solid foundation of carbine skills and increased confidence. PRE-REQUISITE: A Tactical Pistol Course
Our Rapid Deployment Principles course is a Counterterrorism Course. Even though it was designed to teach a Law Enforcement Response to the Active Shooter, this course goes much further. Our focus is to teach the skills necessary to eliminate the threat of organized professional terrorists.
Some of the topics included in this course are:
- improvised explosive devices
- individual combat skills
- responding to active threats as a team
- low-light engagements
- unarmed combat
Our philosophy, is to train far above the perceived threat level. In other words, if responding officers are capable of eliminating the threat of professional terrorists, having to engage a non-professional shooter in an active situation will be much less of an issue.

SMALL UNIT TACTICS

PRE-REQUISITE: A Basic Law Enforcement Pistol Course
Small Unit Tactics was designed to be multi-jurisdictional training. It was created for small jurisdictions that often need assistance from other jurisdictions when answering alarm calls, or serving arrest or search warrants.
Often in these situations, officers have not been trained using the same tactics or techniques and are not used to working together, which is detrimental to the mission, the team, and the individual.
This course will teach officers to work together as a team, to know what to expect of each other, areas of responsibility, and to teach combat proven principles, techniques, and concepts that will increase the chances of success for the individual and the team.

PRINCIPLES OF LOW-LIGHT

PRE-REQUISITE: A Basic Law Enforcement Pistol Course
According to FBI statistics, most officers killed in the line of duty, are killed in a low-light environment. This course focuses on teaching the skills to officers allowing more affective control in the use of light for suspect control as well as in lethal engagements.
In this course attending officers will acquire new combat proven firearms skills to be used in conjunction with combat proven low light skills. Both live fire and force on force drills will be used in this course to both teach and test their newly acquired skills.
This is an advanced course and will focus on far for than the standard low light techniques used by most law enforcement. Even though the traditional low light techniques do have a place, we feel that all techniques, principles and concepts should be proven in environments that are as close as possible to real life environments. We will give attending officers multiple chances to accomplish this.

Terrorism is a serious problem that will affect our lives more and more everyday. All Law Enforcement Officers need to have more than a basic understanding of why terrorists kill innocent people and what they have done in the past to achieve their goals.
